The self-directed programme introduces Pragma’s approach to reliability and covers the core elements and key touchpoints of the RE role, providing essential knowledge without requiring multiple contact sessions. The pathway is designed to be completed within the first six months of employment, allowing flexibility alongside operational responsibilities.
